I was Lead Backend Engineer on Tactiq’s “Pipeline” product, a communication channel connecting retailers, distributors, and manufacturers. My work directly supported operations at national chains like CVS, Dollar General, and Circle K.
Pipeline’s back-end is Python services running in AWS Lambda, providing API endpoints for an AngularJS front-end. These services communicate via SQS queues and SNS notifications. Data persistence is DynamoDB.
I guided the efforts of the back-end engineering team for Pipeline, codifying and documenting back-end engineering processes.
