This cloud-based communications provider with 50,000 users hired me as a Senior Software Engineer to help transform their customer-facing admin application — gradually replacing a Perl monolith with serverless Python and React.
I worked on Enhanced 911 support, delivered in advance of a regulatory deadline of February 2022.
I built React interfaces for a multi-step “Transfer Wizard” that helps new customers port phone numbers into the system.
I helped launch a Python powered API for device management.
Also: Spearheaded feature releases, helped QA improve automated tests, helped lead adoption of pre-commit hooks for code quality, and documented our engineering process.
