I’m a Senior Software Engineer at Phone.com, a cloud-based communications provider for small/medium businesses and entrepreneurs.
The product includes VoIP voice, SMS, video conferencing, and fax. Device support includes physical phones, soft phones, and mobile/desktop apps.
The engineering team I’m on builds and maintains the tools that Phone.com customers use to manage phones, users, and services. My first work on the system was to improve our E911 support, which is more complicated with VoIP than with land lines or cellphones.
